/api/v1/tours/{tour_id}/costs/{cost_id}

Cập nhật thông tin của một dòng chi phí. Hệ thống sẽ tính toán lại Thành tiền và Tổng thu tương ứng.
Body (JSON): Các tham số tương tự như endpoint thêm mới, nhưng chỉ có mode là bắt buộc (để xác định bạn đang cập nhật cho số liệu Dự toán hay Quyết toán). Các trường khác không gửi lên sẽ giữ nguyên giá trị cũ.
